AI Systems for Creative Studios
I think like a creative director.
I build like a developer.
I design and deploy custom AI operating systems for agencies, studios, and creative teams. Not generic AI tools — purpose-built autonomous systems that handle your workflows so your team handles the work that matters.
The Problem
Your studio is
drowning in AI hype.
Every tool promises to 10x your output. None of them talk to each other. None of them understand how a creative studio actually works. You've tried ChatGPT. You've tried the plugins. You're still doing the same manual work you were doing two years ago.
The problem isn't access to AI. It's the absence of an AI system built specifically for the way your studio operates.

The Solution
An AI operating system.
Built for your studio.
Deployed in weeks.
I design custom agentic AI architectures — interconnected systems of AI agents that automate your intake, brief development, project management, client communication, reporting, and more.
This isn't consulting. This is construction.
I build the system. You run your studio.
Agentic Architecture
I design multi-agent systems where each AI component has a defined role, memory, and handoff logic.
Workflow Automation
Your most time-consuming manual processes become autonomous — from client intake to final delivery.
Tool Integration
Claude, GPT-4, Notion, Slack, Airtable, Zapier, Make, and custom APIs — connected into a unified operating layer.
Creative Context
I run a creative studio. I know what a brief actually needs, what clients actually ask, and where the bottlenecks actually are.
Rapid Deployment
Most systems go live in 2–4 weeks. I build in phases so you see ROI fast.
Ongoing Evolution
AI moves fast. Your system does too. I include evolution cycles in every engagement.
── Services & Investment
Four ways
to work
together.
Most engagements start with a Diagnostic — a structured audit of your current workflows, tools, and team. From there, I scope the right system for your studio.
The first 5 studios get the full Diagnostic plus a bonus 90-minute implementation planning session and priority scheduling for a Build. Full price. Extra scope. Limited to five.
Diagnostic
A forensic deep-dive into how your studio actually operates. I map every workflow, identify where AI creates real leverage, and deliver a prioritized implementation roadmap — not a generic recommendations deck.
Diagnostic fee applies as full credit toward a Build within 30 days.
Deliverables
- /Workflow map & friction analysis
- /AI opportunity matrix with ROI projections
- /Tool + platform recommendations
- /Prioritized implementation roadmap
- /2-hour strategy session (recorded)
5–7 business days
Build
· Most engagements land hereI design and deploy your custom agentic AI operating system. Scope is determined by the Diagnostic. Most builds target 2–4 core workflow areas — intake, briefs, project management, client comms, reporting, delivery. You get a production-ready system, full documentation, and a team that knows how to use it.

Partnership
An embedded AI systems partner. Monthly build sprints to expand automations, optimize what's running, integrate new AI capabilities as they ship, and keep your system ahead of the market.
Includes
- /Monthly build sprints
- /Priority Slack channel access
- /Monthly strategy session (60 min)
- /Quarterly system audit + roadmap
- /24-hour response SLA

Half-day team workshop.
A structured working session for your studio leadership and ops team. We map your current workflows, identify the highest-leverage AI opportunities, and leave you with a prioritized 90-day implementation plan. Live, on-site or remote. Capped at 8 participants.

How It Works
From chaos to
operating system.
ASSESS
Free AI Readiness Assessment. I audit your workflows, map your tools, and identify exactly where AI can create leverage.
ARCHITECT
I design your custom agentic system — agent roles, memory structure, tool integrations, handoff logic. You see the blueprint before I build.
BUILD
Development sprints. I build, test, and iterate in 1-week cycles. You're involved at every checkpoint.
DEPLOY
System goes live. I run parallel operations with your team for the first week to catch edge cases and train your people.
EVOLVE
Monthly evolution reviews. AI capabilities change fast — your system should too. I keep you ahead of the curve.
About
I think like
a creative director.
I build like
a developer.
I'm Mark Cernosia. I founded Profanity Creative — a 3D product visualization studio in Burlington, VT — and rebuilt how it operates from the inside out.
The studio runs on a stack of agentic AI systems I designed and deployed myself: client intake, briefs, scoping, project management, post-mortems, social production, the whole pipeline. Not a slide deck about AI's potential. A working operation that proves the thesis.
That's why SystemHaus exists.
Most AI consultants understand the tech but not creative workflows. Or they understand the work but can't actually build. I sit in both seats. I've briefed the client. I've shipped the project. I've felt the friction. And I've built the system that makes it disappear.
If your studio is doing the same manual work you were doing two years ago — that's not a tool problem. It's an architecture problem. You can't fix architecture by buying more tools. You fix it by building the system underneath them.
That's what I do.
